Payment Options
All purchases require a 50% deposit with the balance due at the time of pick-up or delivery. Starr’s Oak Furniture offers the following payment options for your convenience: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover or check.
 
Delivery Options
We offer our in-house delivery service for your convenience. We use only store personnel and never an outside contractor. This allows us to oversee the integrity and care of your new furniture during delivery. Your delivery cost is calculated by taking 8% of your total purchase. The minimum delivery cost is $35 with the maximum cost not exceeding $200. A custom quote is necessary for any delivery extending beyond a 50 miles radius. See a store representative for details.
 
Furniture Removal
Starr’s Oak Furniture will handle the removal of your old furniture. Please contact a store representative for details.
 
Cancellation Policy
All canceled orders are subject to a 20% service fee and must be accompanied by a customer receipt.
 
Return Policy
For all stock furniture and accessories, Starr’s Oak Furniture will repair, replace, or arrange for the exchange of your furniture for up to 14 days from date of delivery. All "As-Is" items are sold in existing condition and are non-returnable.
 
Warranty
Starr’s Oak Furniture warrants all merchandise to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All workmanship and parts are included within this warranty. Certain manufacturers warrant their merchandise for a period longer than one year. This warranty supersedes any and all verbal representations.
